Horrible experience. This company prepared the title paperwork for one of my clients. The client provided a check for closing the amount included prepaid yearly homeowner insurance. They refuse to provide a check on the day of closing for homeowner insurance. This resulted in the client not having homeowners for more than a week. They were more concern with placing the money in their account instead up putting the client needs first.

My BC experience was very refreshing. They were very professional yet, relaxed and informal. I have never imagined that a Closing could go so quickly and smoothly. First of all, many things were handled in advance, so by the time of closing everything is simplified. I was allowed to sign the way I have always signed my checks rather than having to match my birth certificate exactly. They answered questions during the process so that I felt safe and comfortable. The surprise was that they had pictures of my house on the screen with comforting messages like "Welcome to your new home." There will also pictures of my realtor and the whole team that made it all possible. During the closing for my prior two homes I felt like I was about to have a nervous breakdown. However, with BC they made every effort to make sure I was relaxed, comfortable, informed about what I was signing, and even pampered. Thanks BC! You're the best.

Easy, hassle free closing. All the staff are friendly and ultimate professionals, know their stuff and can answer any and all questions clearly and concisely. Would highly recommend them. This was my second closing with Blair Cato Pickren & Casterline. Will certainly use them again, when I next purchase a home!!

Jordan Stallings did my paperwork for my closing and was AMAZING. He was very thorough, explained everything, took his time, and was super friendly. I loved the staff and the office and they made me feel so happy and proud to be owning my first home.
