As a REALTOR and Broker, I highly recommend Blair Cato for your Legal Real Estate needs. Their attention to detail along with their education and experience of Real Estate Law is far and above other firms in the area. I have never had a dissatisfied client that has worked with Blair Cato Pickren Casterline. Their contribution to the local artist is evident as soon as you enter their office and I never miss one of their epic fundraisers for Veterans and families of Veterans. Their love for SC is addictive.

As a REALTOR in Columbia and Greenville, I can personally say that Blair Cato has the closing process down to an art. They have awesome communication with clients, REALTORS and mortgage lenders. I have never had a client upset with Blair Cato or their services. Lastly, this is the only Firm that I am aware that holds a yearly fundraiser to benifit our men and women in the military and their families. So, not only do they take care of my clients, my agents, but they look out for our heros. For that I'm very greatful. Not a military friendly company. The three people I delt with at the company were impolite. The lawyer did not return any of my phone calls and some of the information he gave me during closing was incorrect. The emails received from the company were unprofessional. They asked me if I could access a notary. That is a public service. Anyone can access a notary. I highly recommend not using this company.
