I could call with questions and always receive a response. Both ladies definitely put forth the effort and research to help me. On this Thanksgiving Day, it is important to our Family to share our gratitude for John Kassel and his Team. Our lives were altered in an instant when our son was a victim of an accident that changed his, and our family’s, lives forever.
