Never in a million years would I have ever imagined I would need an attorney in my lifetime. I was extremely fortunate to come across Dayne Phillips when I did need one. He was very thorough, attentive and understanding. He listened with the intent of learning about my situation from an open minded perspective, all the while trying to figure out the best way forward legally. He always kept me informed and updated throughout the process. This made the entire ordeal comfortable and seamless. He was not only extremely knowledgeable and prepared, he also communicated with me and had me prepared on what to expect and how to handle things as well. I felt offended and belittled during my conversation with the representative on the phone. I explained that I received a speeding ticket and live out of state, and that I haven’t had a ticket in over 15 years, possibly longer. However, the person kept insulting me by asking if anyone was in the car with me and implying that this was the reason I got the ticket. He then asked if I had any other violations and even started questioning me about my profession. I politely said, 'Sir, I’m here to get an estimate for my speeding ticket.' I did not appreciate being treated like a criminal when I have an excellent driving record and no criminal record. Then, he told me that the fee to assist with my ticket would be between $1,000 and $2,000. What?! Maybe I’ve missed something in the past 15 years, but this feels like highway robbery. I politely told the individual that I didn’t appreciate his insinuations and I wasn’t willing to pay that much for a speeding ticket that doesn’t even cost a third of the attorney’s fee.

Mr. Chad Shelton is an excellent attorney, he can help you with whatever needs you may have..
