I came across Dayne Phillips two years ago searching for a lawyer regarding a devastating false accusation. His reviews, bio, and phone conversation led us to schedule a consultation but after meeting him, we were confident that we should hire him. Without going into to any actual details of my case, I will say it was one the most heartbreaking and terrifying situations I've ever had to experience. There were many days I did not think I could make it through. Not only did Dayne provide exceptional quality/service, he was kind, compassionate, and empathetic in a time that I needed it the absolute most. He took the time to reassure me and answer all my questions while encouraging me to never give up hope. He was honest with me even when it was terrifying but he assured me that he would fight for me and my family until the end. And that was exactly what he did. I cannot go without saying that as kind, compassionate, and caring as he is, he is a bulldog in court! He was competent and confident and never missed a beat! This whole process was indescribably heartbreaking and terrifying for me and my whole family and Dayne was a Godsend for us. He was there for every step of the process and even every emotion! He never pretended that he could wave a magic wand, as I had heard other lawyers act like they could, but he promised me he would fight and defend me tooth and nail. He treated me like a person with a life to fight for and not just a client. I honestly have spent more time trying to find out how to shorten the length of my review than I have writing it. I could say so much more but it really comes down to what you are looking for. A lot of lawyers talk "mad game" about what they can do for you. From what I have learned from my experience "justice" does not come easy and you need someone who can and will help you fight for it every step of the way. Dayne was that person for me and my family! I have and will continue to recommend him in the future!
