I have had the pleasure to associate with legal professionals both as a consumer and personally. I received a solid piece of advice from within their sphere at the onset that has directed my affiliation accordingly. The advice was: "when it comes to legal matters, it's always going to be expensive. The difference is that for some attorneys it's worth every penny." My experience working with Attorney Dayne Phillips has been perhaps the greatest example of this principle. Suffice to say that if circumstances ever call for the advice of counsel in criminal court, he is the first choice I want in my corner bar none. Dayne Phillips is the single best attorney I've ever had. I was facing 2 charges that would forever change my life and I was undeniably guilty with no defense yet Dayne was able to aspects of my character and past to not only convince the prosecutor to dismiss my charges but also to form a connection between my crime and my past. This ultimately lead to me entering a plea bargain that not only dismissed my case but also gave me the help and assistance I needed to be a better person. Dayne doesn't just defend you, he takes your life and needs into his hands as if they're his own. He will walk you through every step of the process and keep it real even when it's hard to hear bit be will never give up on you or put you in a place without hope. Dayne makes sure to put as much time into your case as possible to get the best results. He also studies every aspect of your case and finds any and all loopholes you can exploit while simultaneously preventing the court from pinning you down using his own knowledge of the law. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. He is arguably the best attorney in the state

Dayne was easy to reach and fast to return a call. Did not rush me and patiently listened to my side. In the end , dealing with a difficult officer got me a deal that I am very satisfied with. I live 10 hours away. Not having to show up in person I was in good hands from the beginning to 5 months later to trial. Update; after writing this review, completely satisfied with the deal Dayne got me. At the last moment before deal was complete Dayne kept working and got my case dismissed.
