I was falsely accused of diverting narcotics with malicious intent. Dayne listened to the entire scenario and presented every legal option to me thoroughly and on numerous occasions. I always had questions...and then more questions. He was very patient and answered my questions as I was navigating one of the biggest decisions of my entire life. I knew I had been falsely accused; nonetheless, I was scared to death to face the board, knowing my entire career and livelihood was in their hands. He presented my case, the good, the bad, and the ugly. He had my back as I spoke to the board and never hesitated. Verdict: ENTIRE CASE DISMISSED!! The vote was unanimous.
