Not sure how to start this, but here goes... I found myself in a jam with the insurance company ( workers comp. ), the 3 or 4 doctors they sent me too all said they couldn't do anything for my back pain. The carrier informed me they were going to close the case, ( no more weekly compensation or medical care). Finding myself backed into a wall, I decided to hire a lawyer. Nick came highly recommend and I can't say enough. Out of the gate, Nick was on it. Within 2 weeks, I had an appointment with a new doctor that Nick recommend ( carrier paid for ). A lot of things happened after that, but the short story is... This was the first Doc. to diagnose my back problem, issue me a back brace and order treatments. I thankfully am now able to physically do things I haven't been able to due in almost 2 years. I don't know if it's common treatment of worker’s compensation patients to be treated like just another number, but I will say in my experience I was... If you find yourself in a similar situation as mine, don't give up. Call Nick, he'll start kicking rocks over and getting things done. After almost 2 years of fighting with the carrier, Nick got me the care, treatment and settlement I needed....
