I was hesitant to contact an attorney for my case! I didn’t want one of those guys on the phony commercials! Robert was the exact person I needed to help with my situation! Robert goes above and beyond for his clients! Not only did he successfully settle my case, but I feel like I’ve made a lifetime friend! Would highly suggest Robert to anyone needing this type of help!

When I looked for an attorney for my bad car accident, I read the reviews for the Goings Law Firm. This firm had great reviews so I contacted them. Thankfully, Mr. Goings took my case and fully explained the process to me and he took the worry out of my mind. Before hiring him, I tried to settle my case with the insurance company on my own, but I was low balled- Mr. Goings and his office got me a lot more than I ever imagined. I have only had 2 occasions where I needed an attorney to sue for personal damages. I don’t believe in using gimmick attorneys from TV. I do believe in professional, well connected attorneys from both counties. Attorneys who are comfortable within both court houses and know the Judges, and understand mediators. I also like them to be like my surgeon. Be direct, tell me what the problem is and give me the solution. My opposing Attorney from my first case referred me to Robert Goings and he gave him a glowing recommendation. He could not have paired me with a better Attorney. I have some legal knowledge. Enough that can make you an annoyance to some attorneys or. a benefit because they will be more direct with you. Robert Goings was perfect for me. He did NOT over promise and under deliver. He valued my case fairly and honestly. He gave me a fair and realistic timeline. Robert and his staff worked as hard on my case as they would have a million dollar case, and my case was a very small case. One probably not worth his time. But because he is a good and kind man, he took it anyway. When I went into my deposition, because I do have some major illnesses he took time outs and would take me to a different room to discuss anything we needed to discuss and to check on me. During mediation, when I agreed to settle at a certain number, he went for more and got it. He kept in touch with me throughout the process. His staff is amazing. Katy is very kind an responsive. It’s never a good thing when you have to resort to litigation. It’s a last resort actually. But if you do. Then I would chose Robert Goings at the Goings Law firm every time. Hands down he is compassionate, kind to his clients and then he is professional, knowledgeable, on point, well prepared and ready to take on whom ever sits across at table in a courtroom.
