I found myself struggling to find specific information and was running out of options on where to look next. I came across the phone number for The Jeffcoat Firm, figuring it was a shot in the dark. Once I called it was clear to me that I would have saved a lot of time if I would've called them first. After only two rings, the pleasant voice of Kenya Watson asked how she could assist me. I explained my situation to her. Immediately, she had an answer. She even walked me through all of the steps I needed to take. And when I didn't fully understand the first two times, she didn't mind repeating herself a third time, just as calmly as she did the first. If she was standing in front of me, I would have hugged her.
