I had gotten a major speeding ticket I was ticketed for going 73 in a 45. It was a six point violation against me, and and the only thing that really happened was that I got behind a slow and erratic driver that was speeding up, slowing down, slamming his brakes on bouncing between the lines. I finally found a safe area to pass him and I went around him. I passed him in a very prompt and quick manner and South Carolina state trooper clocked me and pulled me over and not the driver that was driving erratically. The Jeffcoat law firm help me clear this case. Thanks to Attorney Jake Lampke The ticket was totally expunged. I know this is lengthy, but I will help you do a little math here. For all of those that stuck around and read my review. My ticket was around $440.06 points off my license. To hire an attorney to fight the ticket is around $750 to $800. If you play guilty to that, and just pay the ticket, your insurance is likely to double. So therefore, you’ll be paying four times as much as it would cost you an attorneys fees just to go that route. Strongly advise you to hire the Jeff coat firm. They do an awesome job and the likelihood of you getting your ticket dismissed or reduced is very good. Kenya was awesome, in a situation where I felt muted or turned away by my care provider, being able to rant to an understanding person was a godsend. Life is not always prescriptive! I made a few poor choices one night that changed my life forever and I received a felony charge. I am glad to report, because of Jake Lampke, it didn’t change my life for the negative FOREVER! I learned from my mistake and Jake advocated on my behalf that this was not my character but a lap in judgment. I was given grace because Jake was so persistent!
