Taylor was a great Lawyer and always respectful. He told me from the start what his plan was and followed through 100% Got my case dismissed and never seen a court room.

I initially decided against leaving a review. My wife already had a terrible experience with this Firm in which she already left a review about. Her problem was the lack of care and communication. Now I’m not the one to rub salt in the wound. But what really pushed me to write this review was when they acted like they didn’t want to verify her check when the bank called to confirm it. We were standing in line, embarrassed. If they needed any verification we would have gladly gave them permission to release details to the bank. Not to mention we were standing right there. We also almost got turned away because someone signed it in colored marker. In the end no one verified the check. They said they will have someone call us back and never did. We had to dig in our email and find an email from Jeffcoat so the bank would feel comfortable disbursing funds. At that point we were there for almost an hour. Thankfully the bank was very understanding. The lack of professionalism and care is sad. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.

My experience with the Jeffcoat Firm was extremely disappointing. The communication was horrible—I had to deal with four different account managers because of their high turnover rate. Even the attorney quit. They seemed to advocate more for the plaintiff, who hit me, rather than me, their actual client. Initially, they were set to receive more money out of the settlement than I did. The only reason this didn’t happen in the end was because my settlement has to be higher than their fee. So they asked the medical center to lower their costs, presumably to avoid having to lessen their own fee. It took almost an entire year for them to close a simple rear-end collision case. It should have been closed four months ago, but no one was consistent. I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking competent and client-focused representation.

Morgan provided me with exceptional service and left me with all the information needed to answer my questions. If you are ever in a wreck I would recommend Joye law firm. You will feel like priority as their client.
