I called seeking a simple answer, but the receptionist, Debbie, was unnecessarily rude. As the first point of contact for potential clients, her behavior leaves a negative impression and could deter people from even considering the attorney. There are many other law firms in Columbia where clients are treated with respect. If Debbie dislikes her job that much, she should consider finding a position better suited to her, as it’s unfair to take frustration out on others. If phone calls are being recorded, I hope her supervisor listen to the conversation and addresses the issue with her.

Scott is a very knowledgable atty. He walks you through the case and will answer all of your questions.

I truly love this law firm. My lawyer was Prior & let’s just say he is top tier! From every question, every email, & phone call he stayed the same but was always so pleasant & informative about everything. I literally only met him in person once but over these last few months, I truly felt I was heard & was a priority. I literally felt like I was working with my brother or something lol. He got the job done & was always professional regardless if I became a little frustrated. Prior is really the man for the job! He packs a Mike Tyson punch that doesn’t miss! I will literally bet my last 4 quarters on this man. The lovely lady at the front desk was also a pleasure to work with; even the people I was in communication with outside of these two. The environment is so welcoming yet very calm. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO ANYONE! I know for a fact you will never be disappointed because I for sure was not; not even a little bit.
