Cantzon is a wealth of information when it comes to real estate law and South Carolina. You should use him if you are setting up wills, trusts, or anything involving land.

After denials of my Short Term Disability claim.
I finally felt like my case mattered and I chosed Foster Law Office. Upon my initial consultation I felt like I was in good hands right from the beginning. They were super nice, knowledgeable and very professional. They were also very prompt in addressing any questions or concerns I had with regards to my case. I was very pleased with Foster Law Office and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of Disability Claim assistance!

This was the law office for the buyers for the sale of my home in December. I had to reach out to the office multiple times by phone and by email before I could get questions answered about what was needed in order for the closing to go through smoothly. Anna is the person I had to deal with the most by email, even after I requested multiple times to speak with the closing attorney. Getting a closing date was an absolute fiasco. Both the real estate agent and I had to follow up every single day in order to get a response. We were informed of our closing date and time (8:30am) the night beforehand at 10:30pm. Thankfully we were awake and happened to check our email. The proceeds of the sale had to be split between two parties and this was noted by myself, the other party, and our real estate agent many times by phone, by email, and of course in person at the closing. This was noted in the closing paperwork several times. Imagine my surprise when the entire amount was wired to my account. I immediately called the office with no response to my voicemail. Luckily the other party involved and I were amicable about the situation and had it corrected the next day. I requested that the wire fees we paid for the other party be refunded, since of course the law office did not pay that fee by only doing one transfer instead of two. I also requested a refund of $20 for the wire fees I had to pay to get the funds to the correct party. I was assured multiple times that this would be corrected and I would receive the funds owed back to me. Two weeks go by with no word or refund. I follow up and of course the attorney isn't in the office to write the check and is out for a week. Once again I wait and I'm sent an email saying the check will be sent out. I respond to the email confirming the check is the correct amount ($55). No response. I call the office, no response. I send another email asking if my prior email was received and read. Anna responds saying it was. I finally receive the two separate checks in the mail today. One for $20 which I assume is the fees I incurred and one for $15? I'm not sure why it was only $15, since I was charged $35 per each wire transfer fee from their office. It took a month from the day they did the transfer incorrectly to me getting some of the refund. Hopefully I won't have to wait another month for them to finish sending the remaining $20 due. The fact that I work in this industry and had to deal with the complete lack of professionalism or care is appalling. I could never recommend my clients, or anyone for that matter, use this office for a closing.
