Inflexible policies for out-of-state clients
“The law firm policies will not allow any wire transfers (they said due to fraud), however, I could have had the bank verify with whatever means the law firm required and they still refused.”

“Not only did the check not get signed for by me, but someone else not even associated with my office was allowed to sign for it and I had to go on a 'check-hunt' to figure out where the check was.”
