I just recently had a horrible experience with a hospital. Jones Andrews contacted me right back, told me of his experience with this particular hospital, who he knew there, their lawyers, etc. He told me that I wasn't going to get a lot out of this case, but he was livid about my treatment and wanted to represent me regardless of the small percentage. He immediately got on the phone calling his contacts, and feeling the situation out. Very impressive. Calls back immediately and tells you the straight truth, with no sugar coating or BS.
