I can't express enough how thankful I am for Kenny and his firm. They made the daunting process of a tragic event in my life go seamlessly. They were such a God sent blessing, and I couldn't have been better taken care of, or handled it without him. I was treated very fairly, and was helped above and beyond what I had expected. He knows exactly how to make his clients feel like a friend, with constant reassurance combined with diligent work to back it all up. 5 stars isn't quite enough!

Kenneth Berger is an amazing lawyer, he cares a lot about his clients and takes time to get to know them on a personal level when your there you feel like family, He has been working my case since 2016 and has always kept me informed of what was going on at all times, he shows compassion for his clients and never settles with anything but the best, His staff is wonderful and they always go the extra mile to make you feel right at home. Riding my 2012 Harley Street Glide was one of the greatest pleasures I've ever embraced. My 2012 Harley was my second bike and between them, I motored over 126,000 miles of fun filled memories across America. For my Harley friends and I, owning a Harley touring bike meant riding your bike from start to finish. Those rides took me to Sturgis, South Dakota twice, Las Vegas, Ozarks in Arkansas, Key West four times, Rolling Thunder in Washington, DC four times, Thunder on the Beach in Panama City Beach Florida, numerous bike weeks in South Carolina & Florida and numerous local Poker Runs to benefit Veterans, Toys for Tots, The Newberry Boys Farm and other Community causes. But let's not forget the comradery of my Harley Brothers & Sisters. My fun filled experiences came to an abrupt halt when an automobile cut out in front of me. As news of my accident quickly spread, I received a call from Jim, one of my very best friends. When Jim speaks, I listen and when he recommended Kenneth Berger, I didn't question him at all. It was from that call and subsequent consultation that the dark cloud that hovered over me was lifted. For a while after the accident, I was unable to drive, even getting in and out of the car was a painfully difficult task, so Kenneth Berger came to my home where I met a very accomplished and capable attorney who was genuinely concern about me. Only after settling his concerns did we start conversing about all aspects of my case that once fully discussed, Kenneth ended our consultation with a statement that to this day still resonates with me. Hey said, "recuperate, continue living/enjoying your life and let me worry/take care of everything else". I learned quickly that Kenneth Berger is complimented with extremely accomplished and capable staff. Along with Kenneth, they stayed on top of every detail of my case and at numerous times their handling of my case felt just like family as they would call and/or email me almost as much as my immediate family. They kept up with all my doctor appointments, my surgery and all the outcomes. They managed all of my medical bills and the occasional nagging collection attempts and if that wasn't enough, they would call and/or email just to check on me and made sure I was doing okay. Yet again and just like family, they were always asking if I needed anything and/or if they could do anything for me. Through all of this, I never had to call or inquire about any detail of my case. It's this never-ending attention to detail that truly allowed me to "recuperate and continue living/enjoying my life". As a motorcycle rider, it's our hope and prayer that with each and every ride, everyone returns to/from their destination safely.
