My name is Chantal Washington. I am a little disappointed in the whole process. I feel like if I didn't call often I would not have gotten any results. My accident was in August. Changes were made and I didn't even know about it unless I called. Any accident is an important.

I felt uncomfortable from the beginning & the conclusion to my case proved why. My accident happen back in April of this year & the case just concluded today. The energy from my attorney this entire case felt very non-chalant, very systemitized, like a “whatever just another deal” type of feeling which I didn’t appreciate. I suffered head injuries along with broken bones in this accident & totaled my favorite car. I also lost over $30k in wages & nearly lost my job because of the multiple months i had to take off of work to heal properly. Not going to get into my struggles with my mortgage during this ordeal bc im sure no one cares. Im still dealing with multiple issue from this accident. It’s interesting i recall the attorney chuckling at me when i told him what my salary was, as an electrician, as if i was lying, before he asked me to send a copy of a paystub. Now im questioning why did he ever need a copy in the 1st place as the firm was not able to recover any of my lost wages, over 30k, they recovered 0. The attorney also pretty much coherced me into complying with allowing the firm to pay the medical bills when i opted to do it myself, which was an option at my disposal. How professional is that? At the end of the day the G.Sink law is an established company, unfortunately the firm made me feel like i was just another part on an assembly line. I don’t feel like i was compensated properly for everything i lost as a result of this & i don’t feel this firm really cared but hey they got their money right? I personally will never use this law firm again but for the purposes of showing a little respect, i won’t tell you not to, make your own decision, im just sharing my story.

They was terrible didnt keep me updated on my case and i got under paid and when i was calling my lawyer he was never there

Great !! This is my second time using them. The lawyer who handled my case in the end was great. When it came time to pick up my check from an office in Columbia (nearest my home) the person helping me made a comment about not spending the money on what I want because my 6 yo was also involved and had a check. I know I went in there looking regular due to them calling us last minute but I’m a nurse and a business owner, I promise you my son is not hurting for anything. Other than that everything was great.

I am very pleased with my results. Amber my attorney was very nice and patience with me and if ever needed I will always call all 9s first. ❤️❤️

0/5 stars THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CASE!!! FIND ANYBODY ELSE!!!!! They only care about their pockets, not the people. As a veteran I can promise you THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE MILITARY MORALS AND VALUES, FIND SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY CARES! My husband was run over by heavy machinery and this law firm ruined his case and he doesn’t even have medical benefits for the injury sustained. They say things like “well they didn’t ask for that” knowing it’s their jobs to help their clients determine what to ask for THEYRE THE LAWERS BUT WANT YOU TO KNOW WHAT TO ASK FOR IN A LEGAL CASE????? They will bully you with trying to force you to sign to get it over with, and they will blame the insurance company or size of the company that you got injured at, and if you’re lucky like us they might even blame you for them not helping prepare you for court, but the truth is they pocket as much as they can and don’t care if you live in pain the rest of your life with no medical coverage or money to pay for it. As a veteran who’s now living with someone who was wronged by this company, I beg you, find someone law who actually cares about people. George sinks lawfirm will only actually help you if you have a layup for a case. But no matter what they’ll take your money and leave you with life long pain and suffering, and they sleep just fine at night with your settlement money in their pockets. This is the most negligent group I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. And in the end they screwed my husband and family for the rest of his life.
