I hear commercials every morning and the George Sink ones always having me singing 999-9999. I think that's the only one I know by heart! I'll call if I have to but I hope I don't!

Horrible lawyers.

My husband was rear ended on 20 in Aug 2018. The lady that hit him was driving a Chevy Traverse and my husband was driving a Suburban. He slowed for stopped traffic and she hit him so hard it buckled the suburban, it flung him back so hard it busted the drivers seat-back. We called George Sink law firm because of the advertisements we had seen. The guy that came to our house was so nice and helpful. We got assigned an attorney and he had an assistant. The assistant was replaced about 2-3 months in with another assistant. In November I sent ALL of our paperwork that I had at that point to the attorney and asked for his new assistants email to copy her going forward. He replied to me, copying his assistant so that I had her information. In November I sent everything except the lost wages form and told them my husband was done with treatments and we were ready to move forward. I received no response. Emailed the lost wages form in January and said that was all the paperwork, what do we do next. Was told that they didn’t have any paperwork ( I had sent it twice). Resent again. In February my husband said he received a call from the attorney who said he was STILL waiting on our paperwork. I set it AGAIN, with a note that said my husband told me you didn’t have this. Attorney responded and said, my assistant must not have saved it (way to throw your assistant under the bus). I responded and said, that’s interesting...I had sent it to both of you. Attorney then called my husband and said his assistant was no longer working there and he needed to make sure they had everything. February 21st was told it was submitted for the max $25,000 and he would know something in 4-6 weeks, but would push it along. April 15th called him as we hadn’t heard anything and was told they were trying to get the final $ amount from my husbands insurance. The $ amts on the medical bills kept changing, so they must be paying. I told him “no, I have been paying, like I told you before, so they don’t turn us over to collections and ruin our credit”. Insurance didn’t pay anything. After a lot of frustration with him, he told me if by chance we ever needed another attorney, we are welcome to go to another firm. He is not and will not fight for us, he told me that we weren’t going to get anymore than the little bit the insurance company offered and I could go to my own insurance company for underinsured motorist, but they probably wouldn’t give us anything either. WOW! Way to take care of your clients and you firm! We will NEVER recommend George Sink! We now have a truck payment that we hadn’t planned on, medical bills that we are trying to make payments on and an attorney that has no interest in getting his clients the best possible outcome that he can.

I honestly feel like my settlement was handled properly and I feel I should not have settled a lesson was truly learned.. especially when I had to call them to see where my case was I never received a phone call I had to call them . It sucks when your knocked unconscious and you think you hire a lawyer for you and the person that nearly takes your life gets a slap on his wrist. So my life was worth 10,000.00 to them. Which I’ve lost everything behind this. But they have a commercial they got me this type of money and a person not at fault but yet you want me to go after my insurance company for no fault insurance REALLY. wow please I will not do that when this moron hit me I didn’t hit him. It should not have mattered what happened as long as your client was happy but it looks look me they got paid both ways and I got screwed never ever again.

I just received a request to rate this organization as 5 star. They don’t even deserve 1star. I followed the advice of my attorney and then my case was handed off at the last minute to another attorney in the firm. 6 months before the 3year expiration date he told me he didn’t think my case was worth anything. My first attorney told me to keep going to appointments and racking up the bills and led me to believe that I would be able to recover the cost. I had to contact the firm the entire 3 years to get any updates or movement on the case. By the time they told me that the case wasn’t worth anything it was too late to get another attorney. Bottom line. This case was “settled” and I ended up with bills to pay, permanent injuries, and the attorney didn’t even bother to show up to hand me the pathetic check. They stuck me in an office and I had to go find the receptionist to get the process finished. The lack of respect and concern is not what is portrayed in the commercials but it is what you get in person. I love this new statement from GS, “We are required to let everyone know that despite the results we were able to achieve on your behalf, every case is different. Your particular outcome does not necessarily indicate similar results could be obtained for other clients. Nevertheless, we are certain that we will always work hard to the make the best out of every client’s unique circumstances, whatever they are, and certain that we are ready to hear from anyone that may need our help. Thanks again” that GS is adding. Don’t believe it. They don’t care about you or your case. When I tried to contact them after the case they ignored me. Choose someone else. It is no problem for them for you to be left with bills and permanent injuries and no way to cover them. 11/2019. This firm keeps calling me asking me if I need an attorney? Apparently they haven’t read the review or looked in their files to see they already messed up my case and saddled me with bills and no way out. GO TO SOMEONE ELSE. DON’T USE GEORGE SINK OR BELIEVE THE COMMERCIALS.

I hired this firm unaware that my ex wife's best friend worked for them, when I found out i expressed my concern to Tom Ellar the attorney i was asign and was told not to worry that my exes friend would not be allowed near my case. A short time after this My exes friend was in a local bar/grill telling people that this firm was investgating me for spousal abuse and asking the bar tender how many fights ive started and how many woman ive hit and a whole bunch of other inapproprate questions and comments and when i apporched mr. Ellar again i was told that this was just a conspiricy theory and not to worry about it she would not affect my case. then Mr. Ellar took my ex Wife out on a date while he was reprasenting me and my ex was actively sueing me in family court, Then when I apporoched him about this he lied to me about the details of this date and him and his boss just acted as if theyve done nothing wrong. they are extremly unprofessional and this behavior is outragous. they dont deserve any stars
