I would only rate a 1 star due to George Sink taking over my case. I was an an auto accident on the interstate on Dec 15 and a long story short I am still waiting on my settlement as they advised its in the negotiation status. Each time I call and follow up its always something new that we are waiting on. They told me to allow 4-6 weeks which I have but I'm not getting an updates and they seems aggravated with me because I'm calling to follow up regarding my money that I need now!

I had a really great experience with this law firm. My attorney, Brian Holmes, was a very professional case attorney, offering valid legal advice and checking in regularly with me during the case. Brian took the time to explain different aspects of the case, particularly with variables that should be considered on a case-specific basis. I felt like he was on my side to achieve the best outcome for me as a client, and not just to benefit the firm. That is HUGE to me. I can only speak of my experience with Brian Holmes, but I will definitely recommend him personally to anyone I know that needs an injury attorney in the future. He went far beyond my expectations.
