My family and I were involved in an accident back in May and called all 9's thinking they were going to be as great as the commercial stated but we were wrong. Our attorney gave us updates at first then everything stopped and my wife and I had to call to get answers to which we kept getting told that no one was available to speak with us so we drove to the office and was told that my wife and kids settlement was on the way but mine was being held up. This was last week and today I have texted and called just to be told no one is available. All I want is my settlement so I can move on from what is turning out to be a traumatic experience for me.

My 1st car accident and the worst experiences with this company!! They do not keep communication, I had to go to the office every time for information. They would not answer the phone, or they just took a message. George Sink never disclosed any dollar figures with me..etc, even over a year. Finally, I let them go and they sent me a letter stating, that "We no longer represent you here is your full package that we collected on your behalf. We did not attain a copies!" Guys .. I only got the letter, so where is my package? So now they can't even send me another one. Cause they have no copies. When a company is too big and have no repercussions 😪 If anyone can help or have any information on how I should handle this positively, would be awesome thanks.
