Shannon Polvi made a most difficult situation bearable. After my initial meeting with Shannon, I hired her and her firm. Shannon is confident and versed in employment laws. She, I think, did an excellent job for me but her interpersonal skills were and are exceptional. She was patient and kind from beginning to end. Ms. Polvi was available via phone or email. I expected the litigation process to be confusing and that I would be involved in a process that I did not understand. Shannon explained each step each time regardless of how many times I asked. Her humor and kindness are infectious. If you want a positive outcome, hire her! She won more for me than I realized.
