Sadler & Co are great! Cost is completely reasonable! Everything can be done online, even payment. Being the Secretary at our local youth ballpark this year I found myself having to renew our insurance policy. I am by no means even familiar with insurance terms and how they work! That didn't matter! Roni kindly guided me along, explaining everything in a terms that I could easily understand! Any questions that I had were answered immediately, no matter if it was via phone or email. After purchasing our general liability coverage a few days later she even called back to alert me that in the past we have had additional coverage and asked if I needed to purchase that as well and I did! My ONLY complaint is that their website could be a little more user friendly and a little easier to navigate through. If they fixed that then they would be close to perfect!!

I know most of you have dealt with customer service before and sometimes it seems as though they're trying to rush you off the phone not concerned about the actual problem or problems that you were calling about but they're at Sandler's insurance. Michelle will be the only person that I will ever talk to moving forward when I tell you she is the poster child for A1 Class Service, she was very patient, kind, polite. Im sorry words in the Webster dictionary doesn't even come close to explaining her. Michelle you Rock!!

I am a team mom and it was my first time having to purchase Sports Insurance and I had many questions regarding the right plan for my sons travel ball team. Michele Page was the agent to answer my email, she had a quick reply and was extremely helpful finding me the right plan and answering all my questions.
