Heather von Herrmann did not return phone calls or emails for 4 weeks after accepting my retainer. When I finally did speak to her by telephone, she claimed I yelled at her and so she quit the case.

Both Mr. & Mrs. von Herrmann are excellent attorneys. Both are former Solicitors (District Attorneys) which gives them an inside knowledge of how the court system works. Also important, they are very fine people!

Took our money, knowing that she couldn’t assist us. Then explained why and told us to seek council in a different county. They very easily could’ve done that over the phone at first interaction, but chose money over what’s right for the family. Family court attorney only looking for money isn’t an attorney at all, just a typical money hungry S.C. attorney taking money a waste of time “consultation”, that’s needed for the child.
