Collin of Fuller Law Firm was knowledgable and had excellent resources to guide us through a frustrating primary bath tile failure, and it has come to a satisfatory conclusion. We would recommend Collin Fuller to anyone who has any kind of construction failure. Our general contractor never showed up and sent a sub-contractor (who had nothing to do with the tile) to find the problem and solve it. The general contractor did not believe it when evidence showed the waterproofing failed behind the shower seat causing water to pour into our garage below. Once we knew the sub-contractor was trying to do the right thing but was being undermined by the general contractor, we hired Collin. Collin had a construction consultant confirm failed waterproofing was the culprit. Collin also corresponded and arranged multiple appointments with the general contractor's insurance adjusters since the general contractor also failed to coordinate anything with his insurance company. Throughout the 6 month process, Collin kept it moving forward by keeping constant contact with the insurance company and updating us with our options. He negotiated a satisfactory settlement with the contractor's insurance to replace the failed shower and consequently, the affected bathroom floor. When looking for a firm to provide honest, timely, and professional help in our construction failure, we found the perfect fit in Collin at Fuller Law Firm!
