Josh Bailey did not get me one court hearing in over a years time. I still have no rights to see my son. Family court finally dismissed the case due to inactivity. Tried firing him and get my money back but he would not release me or give me a refund. I am now filing with the SCBAR. I do not recommend hiring him!

The young paralegal who helped my nephew a few months ago was amazing and always had a positive attitude. He enjoyed getting to work with her on his case. However, I am leaving 2 stars just because of her. If it were solely based on my attorney Mr. Bailey the review would be 1 star. Whenever I would call to try and speak with him he was never available, or would tell the young lady he’d give a call back. The call back never came. Every time I’d call the nice young lady would help me as best as she could but I was never actually allowed to talk to the attorney I hired as he was always busy or never there. I would not recommend Mr. Bailey as an attorney for his unprofessionalism.

Mr Bailey handled my divorce years ago and now is still knowledgeable and very supportive and honest. Amazing at family court .

Absolute disaster, unsure how that guy even has a practice. Felt more as if he was on the other team and I was in there solo. Made no effort whatsoever on my behave and just let the other lawyer lie on my name without rebuttal
