Mr. Braddock and his team helped my family with a step-parent adoption process and he was absolutely wonderful. We had so many questions, unsure of the process, bio dad out of state, it was definitely not easy I'm sure, but he and his team handled it all for us and I didn't have to do much except provide some paperwork and show up on court day. It was the happiest day for my daughter, me and my husband. He was so kind to us in answering all of our questions along the way. I can't imagine a better attorney to handle anything legal concerning my family. Highly recommend!

I had high expectations out of attorney Bryan Braddock. I paid the retainer in full, during the initial consultation. Mr. Braddock refused to fight for my boys and I. He was only interested in settling. One court hearing cost me upwards of $4000 and Mr. Braddock hit me with another invoice, plus another fee for a second hearing. Please research this attorney before hiring. UPDATE: The current status of the matter, with attorney Bryan Braddock and myself is as follows: I have appealed to the South Carolina Bar Association. The SC Bar has referred this matter to the Fee Disputes Board, for further investigation. As I previously stated, Mr. Braddock received his retainer in full, plus the guardian fee and never one hearing representing my case. He then hit me with an invoice of $2024 ! Claiming the charges were from phone calls and emails on my behalf. Yet, amazingly, every time I asked had he contacted the guardian on a drug test regarding my ex, his response was " I couldn't contact him," but the $75 phone call charge was applied. $2024 Dollars of these charges YET THE CASE WAS NOT MOVING FORWARD!! Then , when I asked for him to represent me and my boys, in our first custody hearing, he stated mitigation was the process. Meaning - pay the $2024 plus $750 for mitigation THEN another $1500 for MY FIRST HEARING! ( REMEMBER $4250 HAD BEEN PAID IN FULL , PLUS $750 FOR THE GUARDIAN. TOTALING $9274 FOR AN UNMARRIED COUPLE, HAVING 2 BOYS OUT OF WEDLOCK IN SC!!! THE MOTHER HAS ALL RIGHTS ! ) Needless to say, I will have my day in court and attorney Bryan Braddock should be barred.

Mr. Braddock was super nice and helped me with my legal proceedings. He was very professional but at the same time empathize with me and helped me get it settled.
