I give five stars it is a great law firm but I don't understand why they tend to drop clients unfairly

We found Finklea Law Firm responsive and extremely confident. We consider Mr. Gary Finklea an attorney we can depend on...."one of the good guys".

So far the lawyer show interest in working with me and that's good. And also works with a fare price in a budget.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!! Me and my fiance were in an auto accident and we put faith into this firm and we were tremendously disappointed. It took several months for them to even be in contact with the corresponding insurance company. We would go months at a time without ANY updates whatsoever! Every time we called the firm we could never get in touch with our lawyer or his paralegal. We received constant attitude and continuously felt like a burden or bother to them until finally we fired Finklea and turned to G. Turner Howard III who retrieved us an amazing settlement within 3 short months consisting of constant updates. I would never recommend this firm for anyone seeking help! I had to give them 1 star in order to leave this review otherwise I wouldn't have given them a star rating! It's that bad!

The Finklea Law Firm did what others couldn't do! He took a case, prevailed with much success where others failed and or was afraid to.
