Mr. Pham and his team do not treat you like a case number. They are not just filling forms. Multiple times I have been there to communicate concerns and ask questions about letters received. They treat my concerns with respect and answer questions in detail. Most importantly when Mr. Pham does not know the answer he admits it and researches the details of laws and orders to give me an informed and accurate answer. Honesty is the bedrock of this practice.
