READ ALL THE REVIEWS - THEY DON'T APPEAR REAL My wife and I hired Blood Law to assist us with a custody agreement. From the beginning, it was known both we and the opposing party were mutually agreeing to mediation. Since hired, Blood Law has spent our entire retainer and made zero progress with assisting us. We have received a total of one phone call since retaining them. When they requested we add funds to our retainer, I replied asking for information on where we stood. Instead of a reply, we received another bill. I have emailed Laura twice now and one more from my wife requesting a reply to which we have received none. Blood Law has zero interest in your needs. They are simply out for your money. Please, read this review and the reviews from their Waxhaw location. They appear fabricated to boost their star rating. The lowest ratings all state the same thing and unfortunately I did not see them before hiring Blood Law. Our money has been spent on mileage, attorney/paralegal review, and sending emails (which have strictly been more bills). I hired a firm in SC, and got billed for mileage from their other location. Our original attorney left this firm, and we've been billed for the new attorney (who I have yet to learn who is representing us) spending time learning the case. I am not sure how much they need to review as NOTHING has been done. Our last contact with someone not related to billing was on October 4th. Do not waste your money or efforts here. These are my opinions based solely on my experience and interactions with this firm.
