I got pulled over in Ridgeland SC, on 2/07/2018. I was doing 25 over ther limit on my way home to Maryland after working 5 weeks in Florida. I have a commercial driver's license but the unpleasant officer that pulled me over wasn't willing to reduce it 1 MPH less to reduce it from Reckless. I Google searched for traffic attorneys in the area and that's how I found Nosal & Jeter. They had by far the best reviews. I called them and 2 other attorneys and despite them being a little more expensive they had the reviews and proposed the best outcome. Again having a CDL, I went with them. They took over everything from there. I didn't have to go back there for anything ang they sent me updates throughout. Today 6/12/2018 I recieved a copy of the court docket via an email from Nosal & Jeter showing mer the charges were dismissed. The officer is apparently known for his uncooperative nature so I'm ecstatic with the results. G-D forbid I get caught speeding there again I'll use them again.

My husband and I needed to get our will written. We choose Thomas Jeter. He was very professional. He talked us through the process. He gave us good tips. Everything was done as we instructed. It took us a while to get in to sign and finalize the will. The staff worked with us during our emergency and they made my husband feel valued. Mr. Nosal was great! Nice people! I didn’t have to do anything other than just make a phone call, take care of some legal fees. It was nice and easy as if it never happened the lady on the phone was sweet, communicated well with me. Definitely will be using their services again, hopefully won’t have to, but if it comes to it I know he can make it happen.

I was wrongfully accused of a hit and run. After reading prior reviews of Nosal & Jeter, I hired them for my case. The Lancaster court took a year, but after many motions, the case was thrown out. They saved me a lot of problems that could have occurred from this case including my driver's license being revoked or possible car insurance problems. They kept me updated throughout every motion, including looping me in with court dates (even though they said I would not need to attend). Would hire again, if I needed representation.

I would highly recommend Nosal & Jeter. They were very knowledgeable, efficient and, most importantly, resolved my case very satisfactorily.

I got a ticket that would have been 6 points and possible suspension of my license. I contacted Nosal & Jeter and they took care of all my court appearances so I did not have to go. They arranged for me to take an online defensive driving course, which I passed. As a result my ticket was dismissed and I did not have any points against my license.

They communicated throughout the whole process, keeping me informed with updates on what was going on and promptly answered all of my questions.
