David did a great job not only handling my case, but negotiating with my daughter's mother as well. We were able to reach an agreement outside of court and absolutely could not have done it without David's help. He is a truly diplomatic and calculated person. Giving thinks. About 2 1/2 years ago. My family and I met and became acquainted with David W Martin. It was at the law firm of Mckinny,Tucker and Lemel. We were in need of custody legal guidence. Not sure of what to expect; David first got to know us and worked very close with us he was honest, knowledgeable, dedicated and truthful. He worked very hard to help us through what I would say was one of my most difficult times of my life. David, however seem to had taken the burden and place it upon himself. David Martin handled my divorce while with MTL in Rock Hill. I can’t say enough about how great he was in handling the case. He helped me through a very difficult situation and I know that he always had mine and my son’s best interest in mind. I am very happy to have hired Mr. David Martin in my divorce case. Mr. Martin is very knowledgeable on family law as he not only helped me to understand the process, but also take charge of the situation to allow my family the best outcome. He is very hands on and has a great understanding of family law and his work shows. He was always available to communicate whether it be by phone or email and was always very responsive to questions from me or from my ex's lawyer.
