One year and $3000 they could not accomplish what I did on my own for $150 in two weeks. They shared information with opposing lawyers that was confidential and constantly told me flat out lies to drag the process along and bill as much as possible. This is Indigo Family Scammers plan and simple, if you want to be a billable file that’s passed around this is the place for you! Despite what they may say, they do not have your best interest in mind, only how much they can bill you for and how fast. They may be great if you have a nasty case that is going to court but if you have a simple situation stay far away, you will not get what you pay for.

My case should have been a very simple case. Never married, only involving custody for my daughter. The process in itself took a year; anytime I tried to speed up the process I was constantly told “these things take time” or “ just ride it out”. There were months when I heard nothing about my case. I do not feel like I was heard with what I wished to receive out of this process and I do not feel like my interests were put first. My biggest issue was the lack of communication from my lawyer. I do believe that my case was not taken seriously and I was not kept as informed as I should have been for not having any law background. I will not be returning for any future legal issues nor will I recommending anyone using services at indigo family law.

My appointments ran on time and everyone was courteous and professional. I was a little surprised that updating an existing will would take 5 weeks. That being said, I didn't die and I would definitely use them again.
