My home selling experience has been amazing. Everyone I had contact with, Chessie, Emily, Christine, Andrew, and Tee were the epitome of kindness and patience with my Qualia vs. ipad issues. They were all helpful and cheerful with every contact made. Christine and Andrew even went above and beyond their professional obligations by providing special courier service in delivering my check and docments to my interrim hotel home. Andrew braved Woodruff Rd. at peak traffic time and even took the time to sit and chat with me for a while. But above all, this team has been the most competent group of people that I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Their quick responses and attention to detail were amazing. One of my major pet-peeves is lack of communication, or miscommunication. Fortunately, Christine promptly answered my many questions and guided us through a smooth process of a mail-away closing on selling a property. Our only snag was when the buyer's agent asked to move the closing up several days, but forgot to ask us, the sellers (a communication issue!). We were able to scramble and obtain a notary and Emily, the attorney, stayed after hours to call and answer questions. She even offered to be available later for questions, which was quite generous, given the time-zone difference. We are very happy with their service, their prompt communication, and their patience.

Smooth closing every single time I close with Holliday Ingram. Closed one on 8/15/2023 and the seller and buyer were thrilled with attention and communication from Holliday Ingram. HIGHLY recommend.
