This is actually my wife second time having to go through a situation and used Eric both times. He was very understanding and sensitive to her case she would recommend him or the firm to anyone over and over again. I will add the cases was a twenty year in between time frame and he still provided stellar customer service. Amanda and Joy was awesome with her.

even my back wa s broken 10-23-1998 Henry was the 1st to come to my hospital room. all the staff was great and very kind. they let me kniw each time iI I through their door that they really cared. 5 yes they fought for me. saw to it i got a hospital bed while learning to walk again. they care for you. and i ell always have great things to say about the philpots! they were a major part of my life for 5 yrs. thank you for everything

I contacted Philpot Law Firm after my son was involved in an automobile accident which the other driver was negligent. My son broke his wrist and required surgery to have a pin inserted. The insurance claim got complicated because of a potential preexisting condition. I met with Eric Philpot and he did a great job handling our claim. I was impressed with Eric's medical knowledge and how to pursue the insurance providers.
