I had my very first car accident, that wasn't my fault. I have never had to hire a lawyer for anything, so I used Google. The Philpots were one of the first lawyers I reached out to. They helped me to understand the process and helped me to get proper medical attention for my injuries. I do recommend this firm.

I was referred to Philpot Law Firm by my sister, who had used them for a personal injury case after a car accident, after I was hurt on the job. I love that they are a family run law firm. You aren't dealing with big names with faces you don't see. They are real people who genuinely care about every case that comes across their desk. They walked me through every step of the way of a long process. Curtis Kirby was great about staying in touch with me and keeping me updated on things going on with my case. They are truly patient and loving people who treat you like family. If it wasn't for Irv and Curt there was no way that I could have navigated my case on my own. They made sure that I was treated fairly. I hope the need never arises, but if it ever did I was definitely use them again even though I live in Spartanburg. And I will recommend them to anyone I know.
