Great Firm. The whole family seems to specialize in some form of law representation whatever your case may be. Not only that its a family atmosphere and you don't have to keep calling about your case because they are on it .I have used them twice and was rewarded and compensated for my cases grately .I recommend this firm to anyone who wants to be represented to the fullest .

I was hurt on the job and when I contacted Irv and Curtis they got me in quick for a meeting and took my case. Mr Philpot and Mr Kirby both were wonderful to work with and they did everything in their power to help me. Philpot Law Firm was recommended to me by a friend and it was a great decision. Irv and Curt are amazing. I got injured at work and they took care of me throughout the process. They are genuine, honest, prayerful and hard working. They took the time to explain what they were doing, and how and what laws governed the decisions made. Irv would even call me before and after each doctor appointment to see how I was doing, even if it was late at night. This was the worst experience we've ever had in dealing with a law firm. There was absolutely no transparency. We were left in the dark about several things. My husband and I left feeling cheated. The settlement my husband received was three times less than what his coworkers received for the same on- the- job injury. The attorney we used, in a car accident case years prior to this, disclosed the total amount of the settlement. Philpot never disclosed this information. They advised us to settle for a measly amount instead of going to court. They wrote my husband a check and nonchalantly sent us on our way. We were very disappointed. I definitely would not recommend Philpot Law Firm to anyone.
