Doug and his staff communicate very well with updates to my case. You can see by the questions he asked that he is concerned and truly cares! Doug is a fighter and held my former employer accountable for how I was treated when injured! There is no doubt I would hire him again if needed!!

At 52 found myself in a nasty divorce/custody situation . My wife had me served with untrue and exaggerated allegations. I went to Kim with these allegations and he told me to relax and let him handle . We made one court appearance in front of one of the most difficult family court judges .Kim took control of the court room and worked magic. He was listening so close to the Judge that when he heard one piece of missing information he immediately jumped into action bringing this important information to the judge attention that resulted in an immediate decision of me (Father) awarded Full custody wife pays child support and NO ALIMONY for me . Keep in mind this was 1st hearing. AMAZING !!!.. Let me give you one piece of advice if you find yourself in a life changing situation where it be divorce,custody or criminal ..DON'T play around with your life..Hire the best to represent you . I kid you not had it not been for Kim there is no telling where I would be at this point . His preparedness and over whelming presentation made the other 20 year attorney representing my wife look very bad . Worth every penny !!
