I was in a car wreck and was treated unfairly by the insurance company of the at fault driver so I hired a lawyer right away! Jimmy made this horrible experience much easier for me being it was my first car wreck and I was scared in a lot of pain. He made sure I got medical treatment right away and offered to help me with not only my injury but also my damages to my vehicle in which was totaled. I'm thankful for all the help from James Segura and his staff!

I have dealt with both Kim and Grant Varner, as well as some office staff, and never had an issue. Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful. Kim and Grant gave me wonderful advice regarding my divorce and had the issues taking care of quickly! I highly recommend.

My son used Mr. Varner for a child custody case and he was able to get him a regular visitation schedule after 2 years of only seeing his child when and if the mother allowed him to see him. We will always be grateful to Mr. Varner for working hard in order to allow us to finally be a part of the child's life.
