I hired Sam Tooker to help me out with a pretty scary case. I was worried my family would lose everything. I had an inexperienced lawyer who was willing to sell my soul to the devil. I lost all hope completely. Then my wife told me to find another lawyer who would be willing to talk to me. I talked to multiple lawyers and finally found Mr. Tooker. He actually made time for us, even after knowing we were going to court with another lawyer. He taught us a lot. He made sure we knew everything about the possible outcomes. He explained to me this is my life and I shouldn't settle for ANYTHING I would regret. I went to court with my 1st lawyer and realized I was settling. I walked out of that courtroom on April 4th and decided I needed the best and Mr. Tooker was exactly that. Today I walked out of a courtroom that made me sick for the past 6 years, smiling! I can honestly say the outcome is something I can live with! Mr. Tooker, my family and I are eternally grateful for your service and we will recommend you and your firm to any and everybody from now on!

You deal directly with David, nobody else. Attention to detail, extremely thorough, caring, he fights for his clients like no other ! Highly recommend David..you owe it to yourself to at least meet him & hear his strategy for your case before settling on anyone else. You can thank me later that you did :)

Working with Sam. He's been great

Sam was and still is so helpful for our family. He genuinely cares about helping people and making a difference in the lives of his community. He represented us well, was always there to give advice when needed, was very knowledgeable about the laws, and made us feel at home in his office. Hopefully, we'll never need Sam's services again, but we recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent criminal defense lawyer!
