Horton & Horton helped me with some difficult estate issues after the passing of a loved one. Zach and Jan were able to quickly get permission from the court to sale the home in a timely manner and avoid a nearly missed opportunity to sale. Great Practice! We have used both Jan and Zack for different reasons. They have both been great. When you hire one of them, you get one of them, not some new attorney with no experience. They take the time to answer your questions and charge a reasonable price. Highly recommend them both.
