My case was pretty simple to take care of I was a passenger in the accident at 40 weeks pregnant. I was referred to them from my chiropractor. I had some major bruising on my belly and had no other major life threatening injuries. The paralegal called every two weeks (extremely annoying) to make sure I was still treating at the chiropractor. I never spoke to the attorney until the settlement process began in December… the accident was in July 2023. When we finally spoke he had no idea what was happening with my case… in fact shocked that I had a baby. I had to remind him I was 40weeks pregnant at the time of the accident. Communication is horrible and the lack of case knowledge is unacceptable and sending incomplete paperwork missing big bills to be covered. You have to keep up with them. There are many PI attorneys in the upstate you need to be on your game to stand out. Armada falls very short.
