My development companies always use Jim - extremely satisfied with his work - but this review is even beyond that and motivated by his tireless work to resolve a very complicated issue involving the City government, the County government and the State - as well as others - and Jim’s quick comprehension of the multitude of issues has been overshadowed by his even greater talent of understanding both the legal technicalities and personalities Involved. Most of all, it has been his creativity and relaxed, but remarkable, ability to reach a workable consensus among all parties. Without Jim, I wouldn’t have time to even write this. It’s a pleasure to review him in the highest manner.
