While I began my search for a divorce lawyer I read all the reviews for multiple lawyers. I read a review about the Hayes Law Firm saying she was not friendly. I immediately called her. I didn’t need to find a lawyer that would be my friend but a lawyer that would get it done for me and she did!! She worked hard for me and didn’t put up with my ex’s bullying. She is great!! The office staff is marvelous, always ready to help and answer any questions you might have. No divorce experience is pleasant but they sure did make it better. Highly recommend them.

Got rid of the worst X wife imaginable and got custody of my daughter. I highly recommend The Hayes Law Firm.

The Hayes law firm was very helpful and nice. They took the time needed to hear me out. They also went above and beyond to find me the help needed. I have a workman's comp issue that happened in another state and although they can't take it , they took the time to help me find someone who could. I would recommend them to anyone in need of help.

If there was a way to give 10 stars, I would do that. Linda Hayes has handled a couple of issues for several of our family members. From the first meeting, she was nothing but extremely professional, reassuring, knowledgeable, and knew all the ins and outs of our case, our worries and concerns. She listened. She put everything together. She prevailed. Awesome lawyer.

If you find yourself in a situation where a lawyer is needed, I recommend Linda Hayes. I needed her to handle a situation for me. I can truly say that she was very helpful with the issues I was going through. Dedicated, proactive, respectful, compassionate and knowledgeable are a few of the words I would use to describe her. She was there for me.

Linda is representing the father of my grandchildren in a visitation case. So far all correspondence from her to my daughter has been through emails, which are horrible to say the least! Her spelling and punctuation is pitiful. She also has let her client read all emails that my daughter has sent back to her, which in turn causes her client to call my daughter names and harrass her via text and email relentlessly. Linda has not one time responded to my daughters request to get in touch with her so they could speak about the order of visitation that was put in place, mind you court ordered to begin with, that the children's father did not follow. So I find this woman very unprofessional and rude!

Carole Hayes is the only injury lawyer I would use in Greenville SC. Actually, even if I had a legal issue other than an injury I would call her first for advice.

Carole really cares for her clients and their well being. She is who you want to fight for what you need.
