When I set out to find an attorney in the early morning hours because I needed help, I read client reviews for Workers Compensation Attorneys and I found Carole Hayes reviews to be outstanding. That is why I am sharing my story with you. I had gotten to the point of despair. A year of trying to figure out what was wrong with me after a very bad fall. Workers comp doctors couldn’t find anything with the minimal tests I was given, and they wouldn’t approve more extensive testing to try and reach an answer. The truth is I never wanted to hire a lawyer. I did what I was instructed to do by the doctors. Given medicines that only covered up the pain and had harsh side effects. I was asked to sign off my Workers Compensation case. However, I wasn’t better, and I didn’t want to sign. I needed someone to believe me. I left an email in those wee morning hours to Carole on her web page, I found a reply later that same morning. I made an appointment; she explained the legalities of taking a case before the commissioner. All the documentation the firm would need to gather.
