Mr. Steward came to me highly recommended as the man to handle a law suit made necessary by a lessee who was derelict in paying his 1. taxes and 2. insurance, both of which were agreed to in his leases, and were a year in arrears. We found Mr. Stewart to be personable, knowledgeable, helpful, effective, and above and beyond the call of duty. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others; and, I would/will use him again. He's a nice guy, and a gentleman of "the old school".

Due to the fact the property was located in another state, Mr. Stewart was not able to personally handle the situation but he provided all the information necessary for him to get the problem handled. I have used "Dick" Stewart for several different legal issues, both personal and business, and I was very pleased with the quality and timeliness of those services.
