Most recently, one of my neighbors projects was going to interfere with the enjoyable use of our property. Ms. McConoughey was able to stop the project, help negotiate a solution acceptable to all parties, for which we are very grateful. She made sure that our interests were considered and that our concerns were taken seriously. She was also timely in her interactions with the other party and responsive to our concerns and questions. Rachel met with the police officer prior to the court date to work out a deal. She was able to convince him to agree to defer my sentences. The police officer suggested to the judge that my sentencing be deferred. I didn’t have to speak in court. I had to pay no fines. As long as I don’t have any run-ins with the law, I will have nothing on my record. The whole process was completely painless.
