If you have a WC claim I would not recommend them! Got hurt at my job ended up having joshua as my attorney. Time goes on in my case where I started going to see my own Dr's and what they were telling me was not matching up with what WC dr's were saying cause I no longer trusted the nothing is wrong with you stuff WC dr's try and push on you. If you get that gut feeling to fire your attorney do it sooner rather than later where other attorneys say it is to far in on the case. I spoke to a few other attorney's about my case not at C&C . Which they said did he tell you this did he tell you that I said no did he try and get the video I said no. Which they said he should have told you those thing's . It's like he was more for my employer side than he was actually my side. Simple and plain I do not recommend them PERIOD!!!!!!

I was encouraged to work with Christian & Christian Law firm and I am so glad I did. Harold Christian and team were wonderful to work with - they kept me in the loop and worked hard on my case. Thanks to them all was settled - honestly I don't know of another firm that would have worked that hard for me.

Oh just notice that every good review recently has nothing to do with Harold! I wish I could give them no stars! I would not use or recommend them to a damn soul! I’ve dealt with the same exact problems in my case month after month and month! And nothing gets done or changed bout it! They also pretty much refused to help me get a loan in the beginning after 5 months of no paychecks & struggling to make ends meet! Also the simple fact that they should’ve known that the insurance people would give me a ride to doctors appointments but no they had me paying a 100$ in Uber to go back and fourth! I don’t know if it’s cause Harold is to damn old and needs to leave the business or what but I would not use them at all! You might have better luck with one of the other lawyers but since they are a whole I wouldn’t use em! Here I am another week of getting paid whenever not when I got paid last time & power & water is turned off & they expect me to be ok with it. They are an absolute joke of a law firm! It truly seems like all they care bout is the money. So it seems like they want me to lose my house lose my car lose everything cause it would mean more money for them some how in the long run! I’ve got numerous of unanswered emails and no phone calls back in the 9months I’ve had them. I’ve had to constantly repeat myself and do their job for em! But hey if you wanna hire a law firm and have to do their work & have absolutely nothing done in a timely matter this is the one for you!

We didn’t end up Pershing our case but from the moment I called this firm acted as if I was more than a number. The attorneys will meet with you unlike other firms that don’t feel like you’re important enough to meet with. They treat you like a person, not a Porsche payment. Their adds are not splashed on every channel which is also nice. I did hear a radio station give them a great review too. They were right

Initially went to them for some big class action stuff. My wife and I were then rear-ended at a light and the insurance company was just awful and I asked Josh if he could help us out. He did just that!
