Mr Alderson was able to reinstate my LTD benefits in a timely manner after them cutting me off without warning. We all know LTD companies play dirty. Mr Alderson did a great job in helping me during this stressful process. Highly recommended !!!!

I am very unhappy with this Law firm as my case was accepted by Ms. Louzri through paralegal services for short term disability for over 4 months of communication and signed contract. This was not expected that the last minute when I was waiting for results they refused to proceed until I also sign for long term disability with them which I am not sure to proceed for. The worse part is, they opened up my denial case with my insurance company and now refused to follow up with them. I have been clearly denied by them no matter even if I have signed contract. It's too late for me to transfer this case to any other law firm due to dead line is over. Being in another state makes it more difficult to deal with this kind of greedy firm who does not care about public and work on unethical bases. I feel sorry that I chose them over other law firms who are at least fair and keep their words. I will recommend to stay away from them as their paralegal only controls everything, this is only a time waste.

We have been going through a difficult time fighting with my husbands disability cases through work. It can be a lengthy process but since giving them the case, we were put at ease. The office staff is pleasant, there was great communication and they were prompt with everything they stated. Nathan Bax represented us and Kari was our go to contact. With his disabilities it is hard for my husband to travel, and they accommodated us the best they could with paperwork, etc. I know every case is different, but they were able to get the results we wanted and really did all they could to help. I would recommend them to anyone that needs the services of an attorney.
