Their professionalism, communication, and concern for my situation went above and beyond. They patiently navigated all the delay tactics thrown at them and walked me through every step of the process. When opposing counsel realized Ryan would not back down, Progressive offered to settle and Ryan negotiated a more than fair settlement that prevented going to court. Well I know this is not the norm, but my daughter had reached out last weekend 7/15. The person they talked to was great and even set an appointment for an attorney to call for a phone consult for Monday around 4:00 well by 5:00 no phone call so my daughter reached back out and a different lady answered. Initially everything was going well, she started that someone would be calling. My daughter gave the lady the name of the girl who first took her call over the weekend. As soon as she heard the name her tone changed and she abruptly ended the call. So it’s been a week and no call. So we are forced to look at other options for an attorney. If you are like the other reviews stats I do believe you will get this rectified within your company. I just wanted to make someone aware that the ball got dropped.
